A NASCAR Cup Series champion and a Daytona 500 winner, both with over two decades of combined experience will be teammates. That is something many owners dream of having on their team, it will now be a reality.
2000 Cup Series champion Bobby Labonte and 2008 Daytona 500 winner Ryan Newman will be teammates for select races on the 2023 NASCAR Whelen Modified tour. The pair have experience as teammates as they worked together during the season finale last year at Martinsville Speedway. The duo will drive for Sadler Stanley Racing with Pace-O-Matic as the sponsor.
