Fran Siana has been racing at the Stafford Motor Speedway since 2002. He has been in both Street Stocks (Formally DARE Stocks) and SK Modifies. Fran is the 2004 DARE Stock NAPA Fall Final winner at Stafford and has a combined win total of three wins.
