Power Ranking Update Going Into Russia

We saw a wild Italian Grand Prix last weekend, but overall, not a wild power ranking change despite Verstappen and Hamilton colliding, leading to DNFs along with a McLaren 1-2 finish. Overall the only changes in the NYSSF1 PR standings are a one spot move up for Danny Ric. sending Sergio Perez down one and Giovinazzi passing Tsunoda as a tie breaker (110 PRpts) for having a higher finish than him.
