Stafford Motor Speedway opening day is less then a day away as racing kicks off Saturday. Racing was scheduled for Sunday too, but the clouds had other plans as there is a 90% chance of rain currently. With that said Stafford Speedway announced that all racing scheduled for Sunday will be made up on Friday, April 30th and that the tickets will be useable to that race.
Stafford will have the Whelen Modified Tour down for what would be their second race of the season. This comes after a lot of speculation from fans and teams on weather Stafford would run the race this Saturday as part of the other opening day events.
