The McLaren Formula One team will replace Daniel Ricciardo with F2 Champion Oscar Piastri. This comes after several days of drama as the Alpine F1 team announced that Piastri will drive for the team, something that Piastri put down fast. So McLaren will replace one Australian driver with another, it is unclear if Daniel Ricciardo will still be with Formula One. If the veteran and eight-time winner of the sport does stay in 2023 it will come with a different team.
