Fernando Alonso Gets 100th Career Podium With Third Place Finish

Fernando Alonso secured his 100th career podium with a third place finish at the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.

The 41-year-old started p2 behind Red Bulls’ Sergio Perez and stayed inside the top five all race long. Overall it has been a great start for the Spaniard, who also finished on the podium at Bahrain.

The p3 finish was originally revoked by F1 officials due to a penalty, only for Alonso to be reinstated hours later.
