Max Verstappen Wins Styrian Grand Prix

Formula One was at the Red Bull Ring today for the Styrian Grand Prix as the triple header back-to-back-to-back race weekends continue. Going in we saw points leader Max Verstappen on the pole, giving Red Bull Racing back-to-back poles for the first time since 2013. On the first lap we saw both Pierre Gasly and Charles Leclerc get damage, leading them to pit, also the Williams car of Nickolas Latifi pitting as well. Gasly's damage would make his race end not even five laps in. On lap 39 George Russell retired from the race after starting p10, that was his best starting position since his one off race with Mercedes and his best qualifying in a Williams.

'Mad' Max Verstappen was a lapping machine has he was lapping car after car, putting every driver outside of the points a lap down. Despite that, Lewis Hamilton was the fast car on the track with just over 20 laps to go.

Going onto 10 laps to go Max Verstappen has extended his lead to over 10 seconds on Lewis Hamilton, so far in this race the Red Bull teams has put on a clinic on the other teams. I also wanna add that Sergio Perez, Verstappen's teammate has gotten the fast lap, giving him (Perez) and the team one extra point. That point can lead a long way as both Red Bull and Mercedes battle it out in the Constructors Championship.

At the end it would be Max Verstappen once again on the top podium step as he wins the Styrian Grand Prix in dominating fashion as the rain started to fall. Max Verstappen actually slowed down to take the checkered flag, a true alpha move.
