Isack Hadjar Becomes Newest Red Bull Junior Driver

It was announced that Isack Hadjar, a 16 year-old from France will join Red Bull Junior in 2022. Isack currently competes in the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine. Isack really caught everyone's eye last year in French F4, but fully showed his true talent in F3 Asia early in 2021 as a rookie. Ever since then Isack Hadjar has done nothing but perform and win as he took his first ever FRECA victory at Monaco after a clinic he put on the field, leading from lights-to-flag.

According to French news, Red Bull's Helmut Marko contacted Hadjar just hours after the Monaco victory which took place on the same weekend as the Formula One Monaco Grand Prix. After getting in contact the pair then met that evening at a hotel to finalize details. In an interview with Autohebdo Hadjar said "I am really very happy to join the Red Bull family." It will be interesting to see how the young Frenchman will do next season.
