Max Verstappen Continues to lead Power Rankings After French Grand Prix Win

On Sunday we saw Max Verstappen bring the Red Bull Racing car into victory lane at the Circuit Paul Ricard for the French Grand Prix win. This win marks Verstappen's 3rd of the season along with Red Bull's 4th, this win also marks a threepeat for Red Bull as they have won the last three Grand Prix's.

With this win Max Verstappen continues to hold p1 in the NYSSF1 power rankings with 120 PR points (+2 over Lewis Hamilton.) Overall it was a fairly quiet power ranking weekend with not a lot of position changes, but there were some. Sergio Perez ended the race weekend with 114 points, tying Lando Norris but due to finishing order Perez has passed Lando Norris for p3 on the Power Ranking Board. We also saw Fernando Alonso gain two positions today, passing Lance Stroll and Esteban Ocon. Overall Lance Stroll did gain a position also passing Ocon but lost it via Fernando Alonso, with that said Esteban Ocon lost two positions in the power rankings.

The French Grand Prix is the start to a triple header three week race schedule as the next two weeks will feature two Grand Prix's.
