Ferrari started the 2022 Formula One season as one of the teams to beat, now they are one of the most inconsistent teams on the grid. Ferrari sits 2nd in the Constructor standings with 199 points, 80 points behind Red Bull. When it comes to the driver standings Charles Leclerc sits p3 with 116 points, behind Red Bull drivers Max Verstappen (150) and Sergio Perez (129) with teammate Carlos Sainz jr. p5 with 83 points. The biggest factor to Ferrari not leading the standings comes to car management. Multiple times this season we have seen the Ferrari team or Ferrari powered cars run into issues. If Ferrari can get more consistent with car management, then they will once again be a very scary team to the opposition teams on the grid.
