There are several big father-son duos in the sports world, but when it comes to NASCAR there is only one that really sticks out, Dale Earnhardt Sr, and Dale Jr. In less than a decade we may see another father-son duo in NASCAR, Kyle Busch and his son, Brexton. While talking about his own contract negotiations Kyle Busch revealed his future plans. The plans for him and his son Brexton to share a Kyle Busch Motorsports Camping World Truck Series ride when Brexton turns 16 years old in 2031. The multi-time Champion said “I’ve got six, seven maybe eight more years. If I play all this out perfectly, Brexton and I share a truck when he turns 16 years old and it’s his when he’s 18 and I’m done.” as Kyle Busch has it all planned out it seems despite it being almost a full decade away.
Brexton currently races outlaw karts where he has sound success, ending up in victory lane several times. It is without a doubt that Brexton would also find success in a KBM truck, it is only a matter of time.
