Mazepin Loses F1 Ride For Being Russian

HAAS Formula One driver Nikita lost his ride with the American based HAAS F1 Team early this morning. The contract termination is due to Mazepin being Russian. Ever since Russia invaded Ukraine just over a week ago we have seen the Formula One world crack down on it’s Russian athletes. F1 canceled the Russian GP, said that Russian drivers cannot race under the Russian flag and the British GP banned Mazepin from racing. Frankly this is pure discrimination towards Russian drivers, you do not see any Chinese drivers/athletes being banned or called out while their country is in the middle of a genocide. The hypocrisy is truly sad by the racing community. As of now a replacement driver has not been named.
